Yogi Government has Changed the Syllabus in UP
Yogi Sarkar has made major changes in the syllabus of UP Board and CBSE Board for the academic session 2023-24 in Uttar Pradesh. He has removed the Mughal Chapter from the history book to be studied in class 12th. Apart from this, the rise of Islam, clash of cultures, industrial revolution lessons have been removed from the 11th book.

As per the order of the Yogi government, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has removed the chapter from the intermediate history book, in which the students are taught Akbarnama and Badshahnama, Mughal emperors and their empire, capitals and courts, titles, royal family, the imperial bureaucracy, was taught to the Mughal elite.

In short, the Yogi government has removed the history of Mughals etc. from the UP board so that the present day students can know their Culture in detail.
