Kedarnath Dham, a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The doors of this holy temple have been opened today i.e. on 25 April 2023 at 06:30 am with special worship. The date of opening of the doors of Kedarnath Dham is decided by the priests of Omkareshwar temple of Ukhimath after the calculation of Panchang.

Last year on October 26, the doors of this holy temple were closed, after which today these doors have been opened with full rituals and worship. Also, Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar has said that after the improvement in the weather, pilgrims are now being allowed to visit Kedarnath Dham.

There is a lot of recognition of Kedarnath Dham in India. A large number of devotees from all over the world visit this holy temple to have darshan of Lord Shiva. As per the rules here, devotees can visit Kedarnath Baba only after completing the ritual of opening the doors.
