Indian Air Force Heritage Centre Opening Today
The country’s first Indian Air Force Heritage Centre has been prepared in Chandigarh. Today i.e. on May 8, 2023, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will inaugurate it. This is the first Indian Air Force Heritage Centre, which has a variety of features.
It is being told that last month, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhary visited the Indian Air Force Heritage Centre to review its progress and also It is said to have been set up under an MoU between the Union Territory of Chandigarh and the Indian Air Force signed last year.
People will also be able to experience the experience of flying in an aircraft at the Airforce Heritage Centre and it displays all the aircraft models, missiles, fighter aircraft of the old Airforce. These include Tejas fighter Aircraft, Netra aircraft, Prachanda helicopter, Airbus C 295, Integrated Air Command, MIG 21 aircraft and control system work stations and a global satellite. It is located in Sector 18 of Chandigarh.
