This is a great way for racers of all ages and fitness levels to start adventure racing. There is usually no gear required for these races – but the bike section requires an off-road bike.

Sports

These races follow the Rogaine format, where you have a time limit to time the course. They usually run for 3-4 hours and the racers get a little bit of time in each discipline.
